How do I start using the service?

Download the app and complete the simple registration. The app will guide you through scheduling your first request.

Log in, select your date, time slot, and exact location. Service hours are detailed on the scheduling screen.

We offer various tiers of service. You select your specific needs when scheduling via the app.

We deliver to the address you provide during registration, or to the updated location you select in the app.

Notifications are sent when the team arrives and when the service is fully completed. Confirmation of units provided and final billing is sent instantly.

You are charged a standard monthly fee. The service cost is based on the final amount provided and the competitive rate for that day, viewable in the app

An undeliverable fee may apply if the location is inaccessible upon arrival. If the provided amount is below a minimum threshold, you will be charged for the minimum amount required.

A comprehensive inspection of key components: checking pressure/levels, adjusting to specifications, checking for wear/damage, and ensuring protection parts are in place. A secondary component (e.g., wipers) is also visually checked

A detailed report for each inspected component is sent electronically with your service invoice.
This is included with membership and performed on a consistent, scheduled basis. You can request an additional check with any scheduled delivery.
